Belmonster, LLC was formed in late 2006 by Belmont, Inc. co-founders Nancy and Dennis Belmont. The new company would encompass Belmont, Inc.'s website services department, including its flagship website management product, the BelmonsterSM.
Belmont, Inc. has been designing and developing websites since its inception in 2000, and designers found themselves continuously frustrated trying to work within the confines of many popular content management systems. Believing that a client's brand should not be altered to fit the restrictions of these systems, the Belmont, Inc. Web Services department began developing a system that would allow for flexible content implementation and unrestricted user interface design.
After five years of development, the BelmonsterSM was ready to launch as a major website management product. Recognizing that the one-size-fits-all nature of the system didn't fit with the customized-solution approach of Belmont, Inc., the founders decided to expand the BelmonsterSM product into its own web services company.
As the sister company of Belmont Inc., Belmonster, LLC works in conjunction with Belmont Inc.’s branding professionals to develop effective, cutting-edge web communications that are both technically and creatively sound. Additional services include custom application development, website marketing strategy, search engine optimization services and content development.
Belmonster, LLC operates out of Alexandria, Va. The company’s staff includes personnel with experience in the software and IT industries, website management, content development and interactive solutions.
